How do I buy a Vocal?
Scroll down to the vocal you would like to listen to and click LISTEN
to hear a short sample. Once you have selected which vocal(s) you require
for purchase, click ADD TO BASKET. This vocal(s) will then be added to your
Shopping Cart. You may add as many vocals as you would like. Once complete,
simply click CHECKOUT. After entering your payment details, you will receive a
payment confirmation of your order and purchase. Please note clearly, that all
payments are made through the Paypal System, thus ensuring all information and
payment is 100% completely secure and safe. Once your payment has been processed
successfully, your purchased vocal along with the vocal agreement will be emailed to
you (and/or mailed by Post Mail if you chose the Shipping and Handling). Thereafter,
you are free to use the vocal in any which way you wish to including commercial release.
How safe is your website to shop?

payments. The Paypal payment processing system uses SSL Technology to keep your information

Living outside Canada?
All prices listed on our web store is in Canadian dollars currency. You can still purchase
a vocal if you reside or are from outside the Canadian region. The Paypal payment centre
will convert the currency correspondingly.
How long it takes to process the order?
Once your payment has been successfully received, FiveRiverMedia.com will email you the
vocal along with the vocal agreement once it has been created. This can take anywhere
from 1-10 days. However, most orders are delivered within 2-3 days.
Can others buy the same vocal after the vocal is already bought by me?
Once your payment has processed successfully and the vocal has been sent to you, we, at
FiveRiverMedia.com will take down the vocal off our servers and will not be available for
purchase nor for listening either. The corresponding vocal will also be crossed off the
vocal section on the website. Once again, a reminder, all vocals are first come first serve,
thus whosever payment is successfully completed first, they would have complete rights to that
particular vocal.
What is the file format and quality of Vocal?
All vocals will be sent to you in CD Quality mp3 file. This means that the file will be encrypted at
128 kbps or above and at 44.1 khz. All vocals are recorded in MONO and as well, all vocals are
dry vocals. If you require vocals sent to you in .wav format, please email us once your payment
has been made. We will upload to our server and send you the link for you to download from.
Where do all these vocals originate from?
All vocals have been recorded by various studios/vocal technicians in Canada, USA, United Kingdom,
India, and Pakistan for exclusive use of commercial release and/or selling.

We are working very hard to ensure we have new vocals in our library, and as time permits,
we will be growing and expanding depending on the demands of more vocals.
What is the refund policy?
Due to the security issue of the vocal leaking out after the sale, unfortunately, there will be
no refunds and thus it is not possible for you to return your vocals for a refund. So please,
make sure you are fully satisfied with the vocal before your purchase.
